Due to internal restructure, our fantastic manufacturing client in Rotherham is looking for an interim Team Leader/Shift Manager to join their team. The role is an immediate start and they are looking for someone who:
- Has manufacturing experience
- Can manage and lead a team of up to 30 people
- Guides and supervises while practising great health and safety awareness
- Can manage the process as well as think of ideas to upskill the team and shop floor
- An innovative thinker that can get the job done!
- Will work a rotating shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights)
