Interaction Recruitment are working in partnership with a large manufacturing company based in SCUNTHORPE who are looking for an EXPERIENCED PAYROLL COORDINATOR to join their team on a part-time basis, starting immediately. 4 days per week - 30 hours The successful candidate will be overseeing and coordinating weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking the number of hours employees have worked
- Calculating wages and salaries
- Issuing employees' wages on time
- Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation as per legislation.
- Working with the HR department to ensure employee records are up to date and accurate on the HR system.
- Issuing tax forms and related documentation
- Deducting tax and insurance payments
- Resolving employee issues with pay in a professional and timely manner
- Reporting and auditing of payroll information Person Specification
- Previous payroll experience (Bright HR and Sage experience desirable)
- General Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
