Interaction Recruitment are currently supporting a global utilities and wiring distribution solutions company who are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, starting immediately, on a PERMANENT basis.

Hours - 08:00 to 17:00

Days - Monday to Friday

The Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring value-added activities run safely, efficiently, and to customer requirements. Leading a team of operatives, you'll focus on service delivery, performance, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across all Value Add workstreams
  • Ensure orders are delivered on time, in full, and to quality standards
  • Lead, coach, motivate and develop Team Leaders and operational teams
  • Manage labour, workloads, resource and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Drive health and safety initiatives
