Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse AdministratorLocation: ScunthorpeDepartment: Logistics / OperationsReports To: Warehouse ManagerJob Summary:The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse administrative tasks. This includes managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse staff with clerical and logistical needs.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and scheduling.Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.Prepare reports on stock levels, order statuses, and warehouse performance.Monitor and manage stock movements to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.Assist with audits and compliance checks.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.Support warehouse staff with order picking, packing, and labeling when needed.Shift options available. Monday – Friday 10am-18pm or 06am -18pm 4 on 4 OffQualifications:Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Experience with WMS and ExcelKnowledge of inventory control procedures.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.Customer Service skills.Apply online or forward CV and cover letter toTPBN1_UKTJ
