We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Machine Operatives to join our fast-paced expanding manufacturing team. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a long-term career in manufacturing. This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking company.
Multiple Shift Options:
- Monday - Friday 6am-14pm
- 14pm-22pm
- 22pm-06am
- Saturday - Sundays 6am-18pm
- 18pm-6am
- Monday - Thursday 6am-18pm
- 18pm-06am
- Friday - Sunday 6am-18pm
- 18pm-6am
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set, and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production records accurately and on time
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
