Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver
Location: FLIXBOROUGH
Hours: 37.5 Hours FULL time
Shifts: 8am-4pm, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (three week rotational shifts)
Salary: £12.88/hr Days and £13.85 Lates
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck for loading, unloading, and moving goods
- Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed
- Complete stock movements and inventory checks accurately
- Ensure all goods are handled with care and stored correctly
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Follow all site health & safety procedures
- Work closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
- Previous warehouse and forklift driving experience
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Able to work shifts/overtime if required
- Clean UK Driving Licence
