Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver

Location: FLIXBOROUGH

Hours: 37.5 Hours FULL time TEMP-PERM

Shifts: 8am-4pm, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (three week rotational shifts)

Salary: £12.88/hr Days and £13.85 Lates

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck for loading, unloading, and moving goods
  • Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed
  • Complete stock movements and inventory checks accurately
  • Ensure all goods are handled with care and stored correctly
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures
  • Work closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements

  • Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  • Previous warehouse and forklift driving experience
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Able to work shifts/overtime if required
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
