The Client Interaction Technical is proud to be working in partnership with a leading plant and access equipment specialist based in Northampton. With a reputation for quality service and technical excellence, the company is expanding its workshop team and seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join their operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility on a wide range of small and heavy plant machinery, with access equipment included.
The Package:
- £27,000–£30,000 annual salary
- Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule (no weekends)
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Pension scheme

The Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain plant equipment and workshop areas
- Drive to suppliers to collect tools, parts, and materials
- Carry out painting, sweeping, and general yard duties
- Assist with basic mechanical tasks under supervision
- Ensure the yard and workshop are kept safe, tidy, and well-organized
- Support the engineering and signage teams with ad hoc tasks
