Job Role: Workshop Plant Fitter Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Salary: £35,000-£42,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.30 + Overtime @ 1.5x Job Type: Full time, Permanent The package: · 25 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays · All overtime is paid at 1.5x · Salary Sacrifice Scheme for an addition 5 days annual leave per annum · All of the above promotions accompany substantial increases in salary and benefits. The Responsibilities: · Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment. · Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. · Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations. · Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance · Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting The Requirements: · Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential) · Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential) · Experience working on engines would be advantageous · Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience · A desire to lead, manage and grow a team of your own · Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous) · Full UK Drivers License Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
