Salary: £32,500 - £45,000 OTE

Lead a busy client portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and oversee a small team within a fast-paced practice environment. You’ll manage day-to-day client needs, review accounts and tax work, support junior staff, and keep workflows running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a client portfolio
  • Daily client communication and service delivery
  • Attending new client meetings and preparing quotes
  • Supervising and developing junior team members
  • Allocating workloads and booking in new jobs
  • Ensuring VAT returns and accounts are filed on time
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
  • Monitoring internal SLAs

What You’ll Need

  • AAT / ACCA / ACA (part-qualified or qualified)
  • Minimum 3 years’ practice experience
  • Strong tax knowledge
