Senior Back Office Manager Location: Wetherby Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits Start Date: Early August About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing engineering firm based in Wetherby, known for delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining strong relationships across their sector. With continued expansion, they are now seeking a highly capable and versatile Senior Back Office Manager to take ownership of their core administrative and financial operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key senior appointment within the business. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s back-office function while supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys managing multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Overseeing and managing the completion of company accounts Full responsibility for invoicing processes Managing the monthly payroll function Leading debt management and credit control activities Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures Supporting and maintaining health & safety compliance Working closely with the MD and senior team to drive operational efficiency Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero accounting software Collaborating with internal teams to align with the STRATTI manufacturing system About You To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and highly organised professional with strong financial and operational expertise.
