We’re recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join a busy installation team in Wellington, supporting the fitting and movement of white goods on commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who wants to grow — full training is provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the installation and positioning of white goods
- Confident use of hand and power tools
- Supporting skilled installers and learning on the job
- General labouring, site prep, and maintaining tidy work areas
- Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
What we’re looking for:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
Pay & Benefits:
- £12.21 – £12.50 per hour
- Higher pay once taken on permanently (company pay structure applies)
- Annual bonus scheme up to 10% of salary
- Consistent hours and long-term prospects
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 17:00
