Due to continued growth in our Watford office, we’re looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience who’s ready to move into a long-term career with high earning potential, clear progression, and genuine autonomy.
The RoleThis is a full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll be trained to build and run your own desk from day one with ongoing support from experienced managers and consultants. You’ll learn how to:
- Win new business through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building
- Develop and manage your own temp desk as well as place permanent candidates into roles
- Source, interview, and place candidates into Industrial and Driving roles
- Build long-term client partnerships and maximise account revenue
- Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Develop a structured plan to grow your desk and earnings over time
- Uncapped Commission – NO THRESHOLDS: Earn commission from your first placement with no minimum target to hit

- Experience in Industrial or Driving recruitment is a bonus, but absolutely not essential.
