Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting one of our partner schools in the Watford area of Hertfordshire in their search for an Exams and Data Manager.
This role would be suitable for someone with previous school data experience who either has, or is keen to learn the exams side of things too and the data surrounding it.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update student data (personal, academic, exam records).
- Coordinate internal and external exams (GCSEs, A-Levels, etc.).
- Liaise with exam boards for timetables, entries, and results.
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations (e.g., JCQ guidelines).
- Support staff with data handling and exam procedures.
- Assist students with exam entry and special arrangements (e.g., extra time).
- Produce performance reports for leadership and staff.
- Experience in data management or exams administration (preferably in schools).
- Knowledge of student management systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of exam board requirements and regulations is a plus.
- Degree or relevant qualification.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
