Our Watford office is expanding, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants who are capable of opening new business and building a successful temp desk, with a focus on the Industrial and Driving sectors, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment.
The Role
- This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate about growing new business and building their own temp desk.
- You will be responsible for:
- Opening new business and developing new client relationships
- Growing and managing your own temp desk (with the option of expanding into perm as well)
- Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial and Driving roles
- Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch

What We’re Looking For
- Proven temp recruitment experience
- Strong new business generation skills and a track record of opening new client accounts
- Clear evidence of desk growth and/or a strong billing track record
- Confident, professional, and commercially driven
- Motivated by high earnings and career progression
- Experience in Industrial and/or Driving recruitment preferred, but not essential
