Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to work with our busy client on the Saturday Shift.
Times: Saturday 15.38 per hour
Contract: Temp2Perm (perm after 12 weeks)
This role involves:
- Leading and supervising a team of 5 operatives doing hands-on warehouse duties such as picking, packing, palletising, goods in, despatch, stock control using warehouse management systems
- Operating bendi forklift
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- Able to work every Saturday and Sunday and looking for a long-term permanent opportunity
- Able to start training on Mondays and Tuesdays up until 15th June
- Previous experience working within a Team Leader, Supervisor or leadership level role within a warehouse
- A bendi licence (will accept expired/in-house licence)
- Happy doing hands-on warehouse duties alongside the operatives as well as leading the team
- Computer literate
- Physically fit
- Reliable
- A strong level of health and safety
