Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Warehouse / Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary assignment, with the potential to be taken on permanently after the initial period. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse and production environment.
The Role
- Working on production lines and/or within the warehouse.
- Operating machinery where required (training provided).
- Assisting with assembly, processing, and general production duties.
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Carrying out basic equipment checks and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Meeting daily production and performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating machinery is an advantage but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.
