£13.48 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.18 per hour (Weekends)

Location: Aylesford

Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
  • Experience using handheld RF scanners
  • A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets

Unfortunately, applicants who do not meet these essential requirements cannot be considered.

Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners
  • Working to demanding productivity and accuracy targets
  • Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
  • Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues promptly
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months' warehouse picking experience
  • Confident using handheld scanning equipment
  • Experience working to KPI and pick-rate targets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in a chilled warehouse
  • Food warehouse or food distribution experience
