Summary: Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced Warehouse Managers on NIGHTS to join a successful business for their Logistics, Technical and Supply Chain divisions based in South Yorkshire. You will be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, managing people, systems, and processes to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that targets are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers, transport companies, and suppliers.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
- Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and how the warehouse contributes to the operation.
- Co-ordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary.
- Motivate, encourage, and organize teamwork within colleagues to ensure productivity.
- Manage performance to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- People management and team working skills.
- MHE Licenses required, FLT etc.
- Technical and IT skills, especially database and spreadsheet management.
