We are currently recruiting for a role at the RAC in Walsall to work alongside one of their third party clients, one of the most recognisable names in the automotive industry. Based next to the M6, the RAC office is ideally located, with a large, free on-site car park for all staff as well as excellent public transport links and proximity to Bescot Railway station.

Role

  • This role will see you working in a Customer service capacity, handling calls, emails and live chats from customers from one of the UK's most well-known car brands.
  • The role will see you handling a range of complex queries and complaints and through excellent customer service, you will ensure that all cases are handled and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
