Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Over, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hrs/week)
Salary: £24,500 – £27,000

Role Overview
Join our growing warehouse team in a varied, customer-facing role. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, picking, packing, and delivering products with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll also support process improvements and uphold health, safety, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods In/Out: Receive, label, store, pick, pack, and ship items accurately and safely.
- Assembly: Build finished goods from raw materials as required.
- Delivery: Help plan and carry out local deliveries professionally and on time.
- Customer Focus: Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers.
- Stock Accuracy: Conduct stock counts and maintain data integrity.
- Compliance: Follow ISO and H&S standards; complete vehicle checks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and support cross-departmental communication.
- Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse and van clean, tidy, and safe.
- Systems & Equipment: Operate warehouse systems, forklifts, and pickers (where trained).

Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Warehouse/van driving experience
- Good physical fitness
Desirable:
- Forklift and/or Order Picker licence
- Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with SAP Business One, Excel, Outlook
- Risk assessment experience
