Our Watford office is expanding, and we’re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Industrial and Driving teams. No recruitment experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and hunger to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to run your own desk, focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment within the Industrial and Driving sectors.

  • Winning new business by selling our candidates into prospective clients
  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, advertising, and referrals
  • Interviewing and registering candidates for temp and perm roles
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Working to targets and KPIs, with your earnings directly linked to your performance
