Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 Temporary to Permanent Operatives for a well-established and growing company specialising in the hire and maintenance of power tools and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business that invests in its employees, offers comprehensive training, and provides genuine long-term career prospects.
Available Shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with their orders and enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication at all times
- Cleaning and preparing hire equipment ready for customer use
- Rewiring and PAT testing power tools and equipment
- Ensuring equipment is maintained to a high operational and safety standard
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day depot activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience would be advantageous
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic electrical aptitude
- Ability to wire a domestic plug is essential
- Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn new skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
Full training will be provided for PAT testing.
