What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Learning to set up and operate specialist manufacturing machinery
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Packing, wrapping and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Assisting with machine changeovers and general production duties
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern
