Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Bromley. My client is a highly reputable maintenance contractor looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients and carrying out quoted repairs or quotes raised from reactive work.
Duties:
- Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
- Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.
- Work with production teams around PPM and breakdowns.
- Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.
- Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.
- Complete all work in a safe manner.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective computerised PPM planning skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision.
- Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems.
Skills & Experience:
- Maintenance 1 year (preferred).
- Ideally mechanical and electrical qualifications.
- A determined, self-motivated attitude.
