The Duties:
- Produce detailed structural drawings and models using Tekla Structures and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create fabrication and erection details
- Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures
- Support project delivery from concept through to construction phase
- Attend site visits and coordination meetings when required
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in structural detailing within the construction industry
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD (essential)
- Strong understanding of steel and concrete detailing standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualification in structural or civil engineering (HNC/HND or equivalent)
