Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time, ongoing Picker/Packer at a large, open‑plan warehouse that is very clean and friendly.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and check quality of products in ambient, chill, and frozen chambers to prepare drivers for delivery of products while following H&S and food safety procedures.
- Process products accurately following standard procedures, working with peers and third‑party drivers.
- Ensure correct labelling of orders/products and/or media.
- Use all equipment and systems correctly as per training and direction.
- Pick goods according to standards procedures and achieve expected productivity rates.
- Load, return and secure cages/pallets/products onto the correct lorry to deliver products to customers accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Physically fit – able to move about the production floor.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
- Attention to detail.
- No experience required – just a hands‑on, practical approach.
Compensation & Hours
- £13.95 per hour.
- Sunday – Thursday 11:00 am to 8:30 pm.
- Weekly pay in a clean, friendly environment.
