Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start in Southend-on-Sea

Interaction Recruitment is the UK\’s fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. A fantastic opportunity has come up with our client for a full time, on‑going Picker/Packer. You will be working in a large, open plan warehouse that is a very clean and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and check quality of products in ambient, chill, and frozen chambers to prepare drivers for delivery of products whilst following H&S and food safety procedures.
• Ensure products taken in are accurately processed following standard procedures, working with peers and third‑party drivers.
• Ensure correct labelling of orders/products and/or media.
• Use all equipment and systems correctly as per training and as directed.
• Ensure all goods are picked according to standard procedures and expected productive rates are achieved.
• Ensure cages/pallets/products are loaded, returned and secured based onto the correct lorry to deliver products to customers accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physically fit, able to move around the production floor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced busy environment.
• Attention to detail.

Benefits & Compensation

£13.95 per hour.

Sunday – Thursday working 10am until 7.30pm.

Weekly pay. Clean, friendly environment.
