Looking for a full-time role with weekly pay, excellent benefits and no weekend working? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive manufacturing team in Bridgwater.
The Role
As a Serviceperson, you will play a key role in keeping our production operation running efficiently by ensuring production lines are fully supplied and supported throughout each shift. Your duties will include:
- Managing raw materials and ensuring they are readily available to meet production requirements.
- Servicing all production lines across the factory.
- Maintaining a continuous flow of materials to minimise downtime.
- Supporting the production team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Working safely and following all company procedures.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday on a rotating three-week shift pattern: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am. No weekends or bank holidays required.
Pay
£14.02 per hour, weekly pay, competitive salary, subsidised on-site canteen, free on-site parking, uniform and workwear provided.
