My client in Crewkerne is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for Quality.
The Role: Reporting to the Head of Quality, the Quality Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the effective operation and administration of the Quality Management System (QMS). This is a highly administrative and coordination-focused role, with responsibility for maintaining quality records, processes and data, while working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain and control QMS documentation in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Ensure records are accurate, up to date and correctly filed
- Support the planning and coordination of internal audits
- Assist with audit delivery and ensure compliance with QMS requirements
- Manage administrative aspects of goods-in quality processes
- Review Certificates of Conformance (CoC), documentation and traceability records
- Support inspection activities where required
- Coordinate calibration schedules and maintain accurate equipment records
- Ensure all measurement and test equipment is compliant
