We're recruiting a Labourer / General Operative to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to develop within a supportive team.
This is a training position, with the opportunity to gain further skills and, following a successful probation period, potential forklift training and additional responsibilities.
The Role
- Working under a covered canopy, you'll be involved in a variety of production and yard duties, including:
- Loading and moving materials
- Operating production machinery (full training provided)
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the site
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Comfortable with manual handling and working in an outdoor covered environment
- Previous labouring, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Own transport is essential due to the location
