Working as part of a busy production team, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire production process—from receiving job requests and producing signage to preparing materials for delivery to event sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the production and preparation of event signage.
- Operate production equipment and tools safely.
- Prepare, organise and package signage for dispatch.
- Support the delivery and organisation of signage for events.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and health & safety.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Own transport is essential due to limited public transport to the site.
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Redditch (B98 7AS).
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with manual handling.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.
Additional Information: This is a temporary 2-month contract running until 12th September 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements. Overtime is available and paid at £18.15 per hour. Interviews are being held onsite and in person.
