We are seeking experienced Forklift Truck Drivers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Peterlee on a temporary night shift basis.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 5:00 pm – 2:00 am
This role is expected to continue until the end of August, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
Compensation: £14.86 per hour (£12.71 basic + £1.00 FLT licence allowance + £1.15 night shift premium)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks.
- Loading and unloading vehicles accurately.
- Transporting stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting overall warehouse operations while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences (RTITB or equivalent preferred).
- Demonstrable experience operating FLTs in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong commitment to health and safety practises.
