Due to an increase in orders, our world‑renowned manufacturing client is looking for Production Operatives to join their team in Rotherham starting January 2026.
The role of a Production Operative is to assist in the manufacture of our client’s product, which can be heavy in nature, through tasks such as rolling product, lifting, maneuvering, quality checking, as well as assisting the skilled operatives in their roles.
Responsibilities- Assist with heavy manufacturing tasks: rolling product, lifting, maneuvering.
- Perform quality checks on product.
- Support skilled operatives in their specific roles.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Seeking a long‑term, full‑time candidate.
- Must be flexible for rotating shifts and able to get to site as required.
