This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and providing a high level of customer service. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a range of automated gate and entry systems across customer sites throughout Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults on automated gates and entry systems.
- Carry out planned servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.
- Complete upgrades, replacements, and small installation works.
- Fault find and repair: Automated gates, Barriers, Intercom systems, GSM systems, Access control equipment.
- Install replacement parts and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
- Complete all work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Accurately complete service documentation where required.
