We are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager to work on a small scale commercial project in Barnstaple, for a building and maintenance contractor.
The selected candidate must have experience in managing commercial projects such as schools and hospitals, overseeing subcontractors' work to ensure it is up to standard, being organised, and managing time effectively.
Responsibilities include ensuring all staff on site adhere to health and safety regulations and performing all other general site management duties required.
