About the Client:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established national plant hire firm to support their team expansion. Our client is looking to onboard a yard operative to join their team at the Avonmouth depot. They offer a comprehensive training scheme with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified engineer for the right candidate.
The Package:
- 20 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays
- Full training and ongoing development
- Opportunity to gain various certifications (NVQ, LOLER, CSCS etc)

The Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain plant equipment and workshop areas
- Drive to suppliers to collect tools, parts, and materials
- Carry out painting, sweeping, and general yard duties
- Assist with basic mechanical tasks under supervision
- Ensure the yard and workshop are kept safe, tidy, and well-organized
- Support the engineering and signage teams with ad hoc tasks
