I am looking for Pipe Insulation Laggers to work for one of my clients, a busy Manufacturing company based near to Yeadon, Leeds.

The successful candidate will be required to complete Lagging on all external and internal pipes of a variety of different products/units. These can come in varying sizes and thicknesses. Previous experience is not essential for this role as full training will be given, but it will require someone who is physically fit and able to climb into and out of different units.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Using templates to mark lagging
  • Cutting out the templates
  • Gluing and fitting over the pipes
  • Moving units around the area
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Key skills required include:

  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Good attention to detail
  • Physically fit and dextrous
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Not afraid of repeated tasks/jobs

Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.45am finish on a Friday. This is advertised as a Temp to Perm role with a Pay Rate of £12.73p/hr. Overtime will be available during busy periods paid at time + .
