Temp role, £23p/hr, 2 shifts per week, Day shifts, July start. WINTERTON, SCUNTHORPE.

I am looking for an experienced Tracked 360 Excavator Operator to work for a National Waste Management company based in Winterton, near to Scunthorpe. Please note, this is initially covering 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday), although there may be potential for extra shifts at Winterton, or other sites. The role is due to start in July, although if shifts are wanted before July, some ad hoc shifts will be available.

General Duties

  • Processing Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) material bought into the site via the Energy from Waste (EFW) facilities.
  • Assisting with the loading of collection vehicles.
  • Maintaining the health & safety of themselves and others.

Qualifications

  • To be considered, you must have an in‑date card or certificate for a tracked 360 Excavator over 10 tonnes, and have all your own PPE.
  • Good knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques are also vital, as the role at times may include lifting, shifting and manual handling.

Working Hours

Work from 6:30am to 4pm, on Thursday and Friday. Additional shifts may be available.
