We are seeking Teaching Assistants for a specialist secondary provision supporting young people with complex needs as they prepare for adult life. This role offers excellent training, strong team support, and clear long-term career pathways.
Responsibilities
- Supporting classroom learning and therapy-based activities
- Helping students develop communication and life skills
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
- Working collaboratively with teaching and support teams

- Funded apprenticeship qualification
- Ongoing practical and theoretical training
- Behaviour support training included
