We are seeking Teaching Assistants for a specialist secondary provision supporting young people with complex needs as they prepare for adult life. This role offers excellent training, strong team support, and clear long-term career pathways.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting classroom learning and therapy-based activities
  • Helping students develop communication and life skills
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
  • Working collaboratively with teaching and support teams
Training & Career Pathways
  • Funded apprenticeship qualification
  • Ongoing practical and theoretical training

  • Progression to Senior TA and HLTA roles
