Due to increasing workloads, our manufacturing client based in Scunthorpe (Foxhills and Flixborough) is now looking for Trainee Machine Operatives. We are looking for reliable, hard-working and detail-oriented individuals. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients' products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Full training will be given, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop a long-term career in manufacturing.
The shifts can be challenging as currently we are looking for:
- Monday to Thursday 0600 - 1800 and 1800 - 0600 Rotating shifts
- Friday to Sunday 0600 - 1800 and 1800 - 0600 Rotating
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set and operate manufacturing machinery
- Carry out machine checks
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect finished products
- Complete production records
Skills and Experience:
- Prefer people from a manufacturing background with machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude or technical skills
- Full training will be provided
