Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be recruiting on behalf of one of our partner schools, for a Receptionist/Administrator to join the team on a full time, temporary basis.
*The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a school office. Candidates without this experience will not be considered for the role*
The key responsibilities for this position can be found below:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.

Maintain accurate school records and data, including student attendance and information.

Support with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
-
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
-
Assist with the coordination of school events and activities.

Provide support for the school leadership team with general office tasks.
Essential Criteria:
-
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally in a school or educational setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software (or willingness to learn).

A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Desirable Criteria:

Experience working in a school environment.

First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).

Knowledge of SIMS or other school management systems.
