We are looking for a skilled Laser Welder / Finisher to join a busy production and fabrication team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with welding or sheet metal fabrication experience who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision finishes.
The Role
- Operating handheld laser welding equipment to produce precise, high-quality welds.
- Welding thin-gauge sheet metal and components.
- Setting and adjusting laser parameters to suit different materials and specifications.
- Preparing, aligning and securing components ready for welding.
- Inspecting finished welds to ensure excellent quality and minimal finishing is required.
- Following strict health and safety procedures when operating laser welding equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in TIG welding or sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
- Experience using handheld laser welding equipment would be a major advantage.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- A reliable, hands-on approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
