This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring people leader who is passionate about coaching, developing high-performing teams and driving sales success. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in leading a team of Sales Executives, improving performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The Role
As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of B2B Sales Executives while ensuring sales, quality and customer service objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to maximise performance.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentoring and ongoing development.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement plans.
- Allocate workloads and support the team to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse sales performance, identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and quality across all customer interactions.
- Support new starter inductions and deliver ongoing sales training.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience.
- Encourage a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Support pipeline management and lead generation activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team, ideally within a B2B environment.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and managing underperformance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A commercially minded approach with strong organisational skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritise workloads.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
