Interaction Recruitment are working with a well-established client, a leader within their sector, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join their growing finance team. This role offers hybrid working, with one day per week from home, and AAT or CICM study support available if required.
Working closely with the Sales Ledger Supervisor and wider finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across a range of businesses and contracts. Key responsibilities will include:
- Generating and issuing accurate customer sales invoices in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments to confirm order and billing details
- Maintaining accurate invoicing records and updating customer billing information
- Ensuring invoices comply with company policies and customer agreements
- Preparing credit notes and processing billing adjustments
- Investigating and resolving sales ledger invoice discrepancies
- Supporting the month-end billing process
To be considered, you should have at least 3 years experience within a sales ledger role, with a strong understanding of invoicing processes and principles. You will be IT literate, highly accurate, and have excellent attention to detail.
