Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Class 1 HGV drivers to work with our national logistics and distribution client driving from their distribution centre in Runcorn. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work and suitable times with the opportunity to get a fulltime job.
Duties:
- Driving double deck trailers and possibly curtain side trailers
- Store Deliveries
- 4 Days on 4 days with both day and nightshift available
- Strapping loads
- Cage deliveries (drop off and collection)
- Driving from Runcorn to client location for collecting loads
Requirements:
- Available to work up to 12 hour shifts
- Need to pass company driver/trainer 4 hour assessment before first shift
- 2 Days training (1 day manual handling and classroom in Liverpool and 1 day classroom in Runcorn)
- Training will be paid once first 4 day work block is completed
- Minimum 6 months HGV1 driving experience
- No more than 6 points on licence
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday days £14.76 per hour
- Monday to Friday Nights £17.16 per hour
- Saturday £18 per hour
- Sunday £19.50 per hour
