Job Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, Days (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:
- Lead design of rotating machinery (stators, rotors, assemblies)
- Support projects from concept through to delivery
- Use simulation tools to validate designs
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and diagnostics
- Produce technical reports and documentation
- Work closely with design and manufacturing teams
- Carry out fault finding and failure analysis
The Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience with rotating equipment (motors, generators, turbines, pumps)
- Strong mechanical design and analysis skills (
- Background in diagnostics and testing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
