Senior Administrator role:
- Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
- Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery.
- Full responsibility of business mailbox.
- Administration duties on a day to day basis.
- Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email.
- Maintain company records at all times.
- Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure.
- Utilising reports to deal with suppliers.
