The Client

Interaction Technical is partnering with a well-established and highly respected supplier of agricultural, ground care, and garden machinery. Due to continued business growth and increasing demand for robotic mowing solutions, our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Robotic Specialist & Ground Care Salesperson to join their expanding team.

The Duties

As a Robotic Specialist & Ground Care Salesperson, you will:

  • Promote and sell ground care machinery, robotic mowing equipment, parts, and accessories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct customer site visits, surveys, and consultations for robotic mower installations.
  • Deliver machinery demonstrations and provide customer training and equipment handovers.
  • Install, configure, and commission robotic mowing systems at customer premises.
  • Support showroom sales activities across the wider product range.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in equipment sales, ground care, agriculture, horticulture, or a related industry (preferred).
  • A good understanding of garden machinery and ground care equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • An interest in, or experience with, robotic mowing technology.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence.
